Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in the United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The agent will also manage listings, coordinate property viewings, and stay updated on real estate market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
–Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, developers & investors.
–Engage and understand potential client needs to offer a competitive deal.
–Conduct property viewing and provide expert advices.
–Generate leads through marketing & networking.
–Represent the company in a professional manner.
–Ensure complete client satisfaction by offering exceptional service and support throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a property advisor or similar role.
-Strong communication & negotiation skills.
-Knowledge of relevant computer applications with laptop.
